תנאי שימוש

1. הגדרות

  • "השירות" — מוני, כולל בוט הוואטסאפ, דף הנחיתה בכתובת hey-moni.com, וכל שירות נלווה
  • "אנחנו" / "החברה" — מוני, עוסק מורשה רשום בישראל
  • "משתמש" / "אתה" — כל אדם שנרשם ומשתמש בשירות
  • "תוכנית חינמית" — גישה בסיסית ללא תשלום
  • "תוכנית פרימיום" — מנוי בתשלום של ₪29 לחודש או ₪290 לשנה

2. תיאור השירות

מוני הוא שירות אוטומטי שעוזר לך לעקוב אחרי חשבונות חוזרים ולמצוא עסקאות טובות יותר. השירות כולל:

  • ניתוח חוזים ותוכניות באמצעות בינה מלאכותית
  • סריקת שוק יומית מול ספקי שירות
  • שליחת התראות כשיש עסקה טובה יותר או כשמבצע עומד להסתיים
  • המלצות לחלופות זולות יותר

השירות אינו:

  • יועץ פיננסי מוסמך
  • סוכן ביטוח
  • מבצע מעבר בין ספקים בשמך (ההחלפה היא באחריותך)

3. תוכניות ומחירים

תוכנית חינמית:

  • מעקב אחרי תוכנית סלולר אחת (קו אחד)
  • חיפוש ידני ללא הגבלה
  • התראות בוואטסאפ
  • סריקה אוטומטית

תוכנית פרימיום — ₪29/חודש או ₪290/שנה:

  • מעקב אחרי תוכניות ללא הגבלה בכל הקטגוריות
  • תוכניות משפחתיות (מספר קווים)
  • השוואת חבילות (טריפל)
  • כל היתרונות של התוכנית החינמית

המחירים כוללים מע"מ. Paddle מטפל בגביית המיסים.

4. תשלום וביטול

  • התשלום מתבצע דרך Paddle, ספק תשלומים חיצוני
  • המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית בכל חודש/שנה
  • ביטול: שלח "בטל מנוי" בוואטסאפ בכל עת. הביטול ייכנס לתוקף בסוף תקופת החיוב הנוכחית
  • החזר כספי: אין החזרים חלקיים. ביטלת — ממשיך עד סוף התקופה ששולמה
  • ניסיון חינם: אם מוצע ניסיון חינם, תחויב אוטומטית בתום תקופת הניסיון אלא אם ביטלת לפני כן

5. העלאת מסמכים

  • אתה אחראי לוודא שהמסמכים שאתה מעלה הם שלך (חוזים, חשבוניות)
  • אל תעלה מסמכים של אנשים אחרים ללא הסכמתם
  • אנחנו מנקים פרטים מזהים מהמסמכים לפני עיבוד (ראה מדיניות פרטיות)
  • המסמכים המקוריים מאוחסנים מוצפנים ונגישים רק לך

6. דיוק המידע

  • השירות משתמש בבינה מלאכותית לקריאת חוזים. ייתכנו שגיאות.
  • אנחנו מציגים לך את הנתונים שחולצו ומבקשים אישור לפני שמירה
  • האחריות לבדוק שהנתונים נכונים היא שלך
  • השוואות מחירים מבוססות על מידע פומבי שנסרק מאתרי ספקים. המחירים עשויים להשתנות
  • אנחנו לא מבטיחים שהמחיר שנמצא באתר של ספק יהיה זמין כשתתקשר

7. שימוש מותר

השירות מיועד לשימוש אישי בלבד. חל איסור:

  • להשתמש בשירות לצרכים מסחריים ללא אישור
  • לנסות לגשת למידע של משתמשים אחרים
  • לפגוע בפעילות השירות, השרתים, או תשתיות הסריקה
  • ליצור חשבונות מרובים כדי לעקוף מגבלות התוכנית החינמית
  • להעביר את חשבונך לאדם אחר

8. קניין רוחני

  • השירות, הקוד, העיצוב, והמותג שייכים למוני
  • המידע שלך (חוזים, נתוני תוכניות) שייך לך
  • נתוני השוואה ומחירי שוק שנאספו הם של מוני

9. הגבלת אחריות

  • השירות מסופק "כמות שהוא" (AS IS)
  • אנחנו לא אחראים לנזק שייגרם כתוצאה מהחלפת ספק על בסיס המלצות השירות
  • אנחנו לא אחראים לאי-דיוקים בנתונים שחולצו מחוזים
  • אנחנו לא אחראים לשינויי מחירים אצל ספקים לאחר שנסרקו
  • האחריות המרבית שלנו מוגבלת לסכום ששילמת לנו ב-12 החודשים האחרונים

10. השעיה וסגירה

אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את תנאי השימוש. במקרה של סגירה:

  • נודיע לך 14 יום מראש (אלא אם מדובר בהפרה חמורה)
  • תוכל לייצא את המידע שלך לפני הסגירה

11. שינויים בתנאים

נודיע על שינויים מהותיים דרך הודעת וואטסאפ לפחות 14 יום מראש. המשך שימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

12. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט

תנאים אלה כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט במחוז מרכז, ישראל.

  • "We" / "Company" — Moni, a registered business in Israel
  • "User" / "You" — Any person who registers and uses the Service
  • "Free Plan" — Basic access at no charge
  • "Premium Plan" — Paid subscription at ₪29/month or ₪290/year

2. Service Description

Moni is an automated service that helps you track recurring bills and find better deals. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered contract and plan analysis
  • Daily market scanning across service providers
  • Notifications when a better deal is available or when a promotion is about to expire
  • Recommendations for cheaper alternatives

The Service is NOT:

  • A licensed financial advisor
  • An insurance agent
  • A service that switches providers on your behalf (switching is your responsibility)

3. Plans and Pricing

Free Plan:

  • Track one mobile plan (one line)
  • Unlimited manual search
  • WhatsApp alerts
  • Automatic scanning

Premium Plan — ₪29/month or ₪290/year:

  • Track unlimited plans across all categories
  • Family plans (multiple lines)
  • Bundle comparison (triple packages)
  • All Free Plan benefits

Prices include VAT where applicable. Paddle handles tax collection.

4. Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment is processed through Paddle, an external payment provider
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month/year
  • Cancellation: Send "cancel subscription" via WhatsApp at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds: No partial refunds. If you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of the paid period
  • Free trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand

5. Document Upload

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you upload are yours (contracts, invoices)
  • Do not upload documents belonging to others without their consent
  • We redact identifying information from documents before processing (see Privacy Policy)
  • Original documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to you

6. Accuracy of Information

  • The Service uses artificial intelligence to read contracts. Errors may occur.
  • We display extracted data and request your confirmation before saving
  • It is your responsibility to verify that the data is correct
  • Price comparisons are based on publicly available information scraped from provider websites. Prices may change
  • We do not guarantee that a price found on a provider's website will be available when you call

7. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for personal use only. You may not:

  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
  • Attempt to access other users' information
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service, servers, or scanning infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent Free Plan limitations
  • Transfer your account to another person

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, code, design, and brand belong to Moni
  • Your information (contracts, plan data) belongs to you
  • Comparison data and market prices collected belong to Moni

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "AS IS"
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from switching providers based on Service recommendations
  • We are not liable for inaccuracies in data extracted from contracts
  • We are not liable for price changes at providers after scanning
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. In case of termination:

  • We will notify you 14 days in advance (unless the violation is severe)
  • You will be able to export your data before termination

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the Central District, Israel.
